Our team is staffed in accordance with our mission to be an organization “by, for, and about Native Americans.” We understand Native culture and adapt our services to meet the needs of your particular tribal traditions and values.

    • Fiscal Agent Services: NMCC, as an IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, agrees to accept donations on behalf of a group that does not have IRS tax exemption. This allows charitable groups to solicit tax-deductible donations. This includes being a pass-through organization for individual or private foundation tax-deductible contributions, and offering services that support record keeping and oversight for the donations or contributions.

    • Donation Oversight: Record keeping and management for donations received as a Fiscal Agent.

    • Feasibility Studies: Analyzing project viability, considering economic, technical, legal, and timing factors.

    • Business Plans: Developing detailed operational and financial plans.

    • Financial Models: Creating tools to forecast financial performance and identify solutions to financial problems.

    • Market Analysis: Assessing market suitability, evaluating current markets, exploring new markets, and analyzing the competition.
