Right-of-Way

This Summit will be a unique opportunity to assemble leaders from Tribes throughout the southwest and the utilities companies that wish to pursue opportunities with these tribes to gather and discuss right-of-way practices that will be beneficial to both parties.  This open educational forum will allow ideas and best practices on successful negotiation processes to be shared and new collaborations to begin.
